Performed Preventative maintenance on Lennox system. Replaced 16x25x1 air filter. Checked drain and all electrical components on the system. Customer is using $20 Chud bucks which brings his bill to $120.00. The system is operating normally and is ready for the summer season.

Service Lennox air conditioning system. Drains and condensate pump tested. Air filter changed by homeowner. R-410a freon/refrigerant charge is correct, no adjustment needed. Inspected all electrical components related to air conditioning. Sealed exterior opening for lineset with clear silicone. Spoke about whole house duct cleaning. System is operating properly and ready for the season.

Air conditioning service completed on Lennox R-410a style system. Added 3 lbs of R-410a refrigerant/freon to TXV style system. UV dye and sealant added as well. 16x25x1 air filter replaced by homeowner. System is working properly and efficiently at this time. N/C service has R/A. Added charges for repair work.
