Summary: Perform preventative maintenance for air-conditioning system. Customer replaces the air filter. He has an ALVI electronic air filter. Inspected blower motor and controls. The PCM motor was pulling an amp draw of 5A and the capacitor rated for 40 ÂµF was putting out 37 ÂµF. The controls seem to be in good shape with all wires affixed to the board properly. Inspected the outdoor condensing unit. Performed a temperature split test and was getting a 20Â° difference between supply and return on a cooler day. Amp draw on compressor was around 7A and amp draw on condenser fan motor was around .5A. System is operating properly at this time.
AC preseason tune up on Lennox HVAC system. MERV 11 filter replaced, supplied by homeowner. Cleaned condensate drains, tested pump. Verified R-410a freon/refrigerant charge is correct. Checked components-compressor, contactor, capacitor on outdoor unit. System is operating properly. N/C, customer has air conditioning contract.
AC tune-up on Lennox HVAC system. Customer supplies pure air filtration replacement kit. Verified correct refrigerant/freon pressures in the system. Cleaned drain line to condensate pump. Inspected indoor/outdoor coils. Checked electrical components related to HVAC system. N/C, customer has air conditioning contract.
Performed preventative maintenance for air-conditioning system. Replaced standard air filter (14x25x1). Inspected all electrical components and controls. Tested the amp draw from the blower motor. Inspected the drain piping to the French drain. Drain piping is clear with no obstructions. Tested the temperature split between the supply and return. System is operating with an 18Â° differential. Inspected the condensing unit. Tested the amp draw from the compressor and fan motor. Both are operating within manufacturer specs. Tested the contactor and capacitor. Capacitor was updated recently and the contactor is in good condition with no pitting. System is operating properly at this time.
