Tom was outstanding. A true professional. He explained the issue with my AC unit and how the capacitor needed to be replaced. Also, he had the replacement part in his truck and explained the approximate time to remove and replace it. He was extremely polite, articulate, and efficient in completing the repair!!

Air conditioning shut down after a power loss in a storm. Called Chud, expecting to be told they would be out the next day. To my surprise, they sent the technician, Frank, out within an hour. Frank diagnosed the problem, made repairs quickly, and kept me apprised of everything he was doing. Now, less than 3 hours after the outage, my air conditioning is up and running.
