I woke up Saturday morning to discover our furnace stopped working during the night. Paul, the on-call tech at Chud, arrived in the afternoon. After examining our furnace, and diagnosing the problem (faulty igniter switch), he answered all my questions with patience and kindness. He quickly replaced the part, gave the system a test run, and then we had HEAT!
Had the Chud team out to replace our 23-year-old furnace and AC. We chose a Trane high-efficiency furnace and 18 SEER AC. A lot of modification/work was necessary as our house is a split level and the furnace closet is an extremely small space. Could not be happier with the outcome!
The technician, Paul, arrived on time. He took care of all necessary repairs, serviced the heat pump, and replaced the air filter. He checked to make sure everything was in proper working order. Paul has also been here for other maintenance issues. He is an excellent technician.
My heater is 18 years old and just recently started having problems. I contacted Chud Air and was very pleased with their quick and professional response. Since there were several problems in a short time, I had to call them on several occasions. Frank, their service technician, provided great service every time.

The technician (Matt) was friendly, courteous, professional, and highly proficient. He explained all of the work he accomplished and answered a number of questions I had regarding issues with uneven heating throughout our home. In general, I have been extremely satisfied with Chud’s service over the years.
